Since 2006, TALAWA stands out for its energy on stage. Their dedication and passion for what they do has led them to win the title of “The East Show Band” in their native Costa Rica. And this fact also helped to produce more than three studio albums, countless singles, videoclips, and various international tours. In 2012 they were nominated to “Best Reggae Album” for their Inity LP, achievement they repeated in 2016 for #ReggaeRevival. It’s all about everything what they had learned in the last 12 years. Having shared the stage with important artists like The Skatalites, Black Uhuru, The Wailers, Steel Pulse, Alborosie, Kabaka Pyramid, Jesse Royal, Chronixx, Gondwana and Nonpalidece it’s certain that these men have learned something about reggae music through all this time.
